Internet Recruiting?
We believe recruiting on the Internet fills a certain role in today’s business world. It allows the employer to accumulate many resumes at a fairly low cost. This can be both a positive and a negative, however. The employer has notified “Everyone” of their need. And then comes the task of sorting out the “right” ones, contacting them and interviewing, etc, etc. A retained search firm identifies people with the credentials and personality to fit with their client. Finding the person who can excel in the client’s culture and geographic location is, many times, as important as their experience. Additionally, many, if not all, of the individuals our clients want to hire are happily employed. They don’t check Internet listings. They need a strong reason to change. In short, they need to be recruited!! High level executives, rarely if ever post their resumes. Opportunities need to find them. Which is our job. In review, a retained executive search firm will provide:
Discuss your key hiring needs with us. Meanwhile, Best Wishes to you and your family for a Happy Holiday Season and a prosperous 2002.
