A new approach to Executive Search. . . . but practiced by us for over 25 years. By all measures, 2003 was a difficult year for many, if not most, of our clients. We believe 2004 is going to be wholly different.

We see a resurging economy ahead and our clients beginning to look toward ways to increase their profitability---not through cost-cutting, but through growth---growing their revenues.

Wood-Snodgrass, Inc. has taken some important steps to be poised to help our client organizations take advantage of future opportunities. First, is the addition of a third partner, Howard Gibson. Howard brings over 30 years of professional consulting experience to our clients, and is widely recognized in the field of marketing and business development, especially in consumer products. His addition gives us important added capacity, and with that, an increased ability to respond to our clients’ needs.

Second, is the formalization and introduction of a “new” dimension in Executive Search. Partner-Staffed Search is what distinguishes Wood-Snodgrass from other retained Executive Search firms. Simply stated, PSS means that every assignment is directly managed by one of the three partners in the firm. Partners do all the contact work from contacting prospects and conducting interviews, to completing the necessary reference checks and client progress reporting. Our strong belief is that our clients need highly experienced, senior professionals to communicate effectively with the kind of exceptional talent we are seeking. It is partner level professionals who are best qualified to understand a client’s organization and underlying culture, and what’s more, to be able to communicate on the same level with, and attract, superior candidates.
