William Wood

William M. Wood is a founding partner of Wood-Snodgrass. Bill has over 25 years of experience in retained search and a proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Prior to Wood-Snodgrass, Bill was a co-managing principal of the executive search practice at DeFrain Mayer Consulting, a firm with multiple practices relating to Human Resources. Previously, he started Wood-Moran — Executive Search in 1982 (later changed to Wood-Glavin).

Stephen Snodgrass

Stephen E. Snodgrass is a founding partner of Wood- Snodgrass. Steve brings the firm more than two decades of marketing and management experience in diverse industries, including financial, franchise and service-driven businesses. Steve was a co-managing principal for the executive search practice at DeFrain Mayer Consulting, a firm with multiple practices related to Human Resources.
